Pro Image International was founded in 1995 by CEO Tony Shaw, and is a debt-free, privately-held company with a solid reputation for it's commitment to excellence, integrity and unmatched quality of both it's products and business program.
Anthony Shaw, Chief Executive Officer
Tony was raised in Washington, PA, thirty miles from Pittsburgh. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1969. In that same year, Tony entered the U.S. Marine Corps as a pilot.
He was stationed in Hawaii and Japan where he was commissioned and trained in F4 Jet Aircraft. While in the Marine Corps, Tony also served as a Squadron instructor and an Administrative Officer. He was given an honorable discharge in 1974.
After four years of owning a major appliance store in Pensacola, FL, Tony entered the cosmetics field as an independent distributor for Espree Cosmetics Corporation. Because of his success as a distributor, he was asked to join the Espree corporate staff in Dallas, TX to serve as National Development Director.
In January of 1981, Tony went to work for Mary Kay Cosmetics in Dallas as the Director of Sales Development. In his ten years with Mary Kay, Tony was involved in, and contributed to, every major program and improvement in sales, marketing and administration implemented during that period.
Tony worked with Mary Kay Ash directly, traveled with her to many parts of the world, and directly represented her in his position with the company. In those ten years, he saw the growth of Mary Kay go from $50 Million to over $300 million.
Tony moved to California to became the Vice President of Marketing for Arbonne International in 1990, developing all marketing strategies for this direct sales cosmetics company. However, missing Texas, he cut his stint short with Arbonne to move back to Dallas where he went to work for Surface Solutions, a party plan company.
Over the next two years Tony immersed himself in the study of the formulation of both skin care products and nutritional supplements. Tony researched and developed a very successful line of diet supplements at that time, and the sales of Surface Solutions grew in excess of 500% during his two years there.
Becoming aggravated with the Dallas lifestyle and commute, Tony moved to the resort area of Austin, TX called Lakeway, which is the home of Pro Image International today. Starting his own nutritional supplement development and distribution company, Uni Star Pro, there in 1993, Tony has never looked back. He developed contracts with fitness centers, health food stores, GNC and more.
Because of his background, expertise and love for the referral marketing distribution method, Tony founded the unique uni-level company, Pro Image International (originally called Pro Star) in the summer of 1995. This allows his products to be offered to consumers through a personal relationship that builds brand intimacy and loyalty.
Tony Shaw's experience, integrity and vision continues to guide Pro Image International well into our second decade of business.
Andrew Wright, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Prior to joining Pro Image management, Andy Wright had been a full-time distributor and top money earner for more than ten years. In addition Andy has sat on the advisory boards of four referral marketing companies and is respected for his attention to detail and his advocacy of what is important for the distributor in the field.
Raised near Seattle, WA, Andy joined the U.S. Navy in 1972 and became an Air Traffic Controller. He was stationed at Naval Air Station Alameda in California, and has resided in California ever since.
After an honorable discharge from the Navy in 1975, he attended Alameda College in the San Francisco Bay Area and immediately began his lifelong pursuit of entrepreneurship.
Andy has a 30 year history of business ownership and management; from a small start-up that grew into a five-office, multi-state corporation, to fifteen years as a management consultant for corporate, small business and healthcare professionals.
Prior to finding success in referral marketing, Andy was the Executive Vice President of one of the top market research firms in the United States. Running a staff of 60+ personnel, he was responsible for all clients across the U.S. as well as internationally.
In his role as a direct contact with corporate leaders and business owners, he traveled to all fifty states, all provinces of Canada, and as far and wide as Venezuela, England and Russia.
Andy gave up the cushy window office on the 20th floor because of the full-time income he had created part-time in referral marketing, and he shed the suit, tie and the commute.
He has now been involved with this industry for many years as a member of advisory boards, creating training systems, helping formulate compensation plan models, writing marketing materials, and all while creating a business group that had consistent monthly sales volumes of over $1.1 million.
With his knowledge that integrity and personal relations are of the utmost importance in this industry, Andy works hard to assist all members in their pursuit of success with Pro Image International.
Steven Maoudis, Vice President of International Sales
Steven Maoudis has been actively working within the Direct Sales industry for almost 28 years. Steven has a remarkable reputation for being known as one of the best-known consultants to the industry and has gained the respect of many as a man who has managed to do this by providing strategies that work.
The strategies Steven has created has enabled him to generate over one hundred and seventy million pounds in extra revenue for his clients over the last 15 years alone.
Many magazines have written about Steven as being one of Europe's best known experts in direct sales marketing, because he has single-handedly produced more results for more companies than any other professional in the industry.
Steven has travelled and lectured all over the UK, USA, South Africa and Europe on direct sales and marketing techniques. He is also a Psychologist trained in communication and is a certified practitioner in NLP.
Steven has written for many magazines and newspapers over the years including Streetwise Business, The Board, Network Times, Network News, Personal Success to name but a few.
Six years ago Steven retired from personal networking and decided to concentrate on public speaking seminars and training workshops together with authoring a few new books.
However, he states that in all the years he's spent in referral marketing, he has never seen an opportunity quite as remarkable as Pro Image. As a result, Steven decided to come out of retirement and join the Pro Image management team.
Steven has the remarkable ability to get people to take action every single day with massive amounts of enthusiasm and persistency.
