A Straightforward Compensation Plan
Our family of loyal Business Associates know that since 1995 Pro Image International has a long history of easy-to-achieve and high-paying positions for building a business with our Profit Plan - whether you are new and just starting out or you are a career professional.
The Associate member "entry level" position only requires 50 PV in order to earn commissions on two levels, and this is a great help to individuals in providing a stepping stone as they work to achieve the Executive position and beyond in Pro Image International's Profit Plan.
You are paid from 7% to 15% on purchases in your business group (Group Volume or GV) on up to nine compressed levels with our Uni-Level style plan and its straightforward and simple qualifications.
Compression will occur if a member is inactive (does not purchase) in a given month. Inactive members will have their downline moved up to their upline member. If the upline member is active, he/she will earn commission on this adjusted uni-level organization. These adjustments to the uni-level are for pay purposes only each month and do not affect the normal genealogy.
True Rewards For Your Growth & Creating Leaders
The Leadership Bonus can greatly add to your commissions as you grow your business and help others to do the same. This bonus provides you the opportunity to earn huge dollars very deep into your business organization. It pays out 4% on up to four generations deep of Presidents in your business group and, with this, you get rewarded for creating leaders below you. And remember that, once again, this is in addition to any other bonuses or commissions you have earned for the month. No take-away or break-away!
Only Presidents or higher can earn this bonus for creating leaders. A "Generation" starts with the first President in a Business Associate's leg, and continues until but not including the next President in that leg.
Note: All Business Associates, from Executive to Double Diamond, can earn the 10% Enroller Bonus by maintaining an equivalent qualifying active 100 PV autoship profile (VIP). Vice Presidents and above can qualify to earn the Car Bonus and Presidents and above can earn the Leadership Bonus by maintaining VIP status.
*GV outside your largest single leg defined: As an example, if you are an Executive VP (with a minimum of 2,500 Group Volume) you must have at least 1,500 Group Volume (GV) outside your single largest leg, no matter the size of your total GV above 2,500. Please note: GV does not include your own Personal Volume (PV).
